Results
Cross country races tend to be 10 to 12kms in length and run completely off-road.
Routes are usually wet and muddy, so recommended footware includes spike running shoes (with XC spikes), fell running shoes (like Walshes) or trail shoes;
road trainers are not usually recommended.
