April 15th saw us at Lancaster for the 3 Bridges 10K which took place in the full glare of the April heatwave. Starting steadily and negative splitting, nasty, Stephe took 75th place, out of 371, with a steady 43:47. Jan, feeling the heat and suffering from the unwashed kit of runners around her, finished in 52:15. Oddly the results list shows us inversed, honest its not true folks.
