From 1st February 2007, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has at the reques of Blackburn Harriers Athletics Club agreed that the Club will be permitted sole use of the athletics track at Witton Park on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights until 8pm for their training sessions. Only members of the Blackburn Harriers Club will be allowed to use the running track up to 8pm after which time other clubs and individuals will be able to use the running track as they do now. The agreement only affetcs the days mentioned above.

Chorley Athletics Club should note and abide by the above notice.
