The first Horwich Jubilee 5 mile race of 2009 contained a Chorley AC team in 9th place lead by Rick Cordwell 59th(33:29), Dave Kershaw 84th(35:00), Phil McCullagh 116th(42:55) and John Swift 120th(45:02). Best individual position was John Swift winning the vet 65 prize.
