Chorley AC's team came 14th in the second of the Harriers 4 mile races with Paul Bass in 80th(30:26), Phil McCullagh 180th(38:26), Mike Coppin 209th(45:08) as 2nd vet 60 ahead of Les Paul 210th(46:34).

Chorley Athletic Club's Shaun Wareing had an excellent run in 26th (28:42) in the final Chorley Harriers race nearly 2 minutes ahead of dad Paul 45th(30:25) who was having his own battle with Paul Bass 40th(30:17) and the continuously improving Dave Kershaw 46th(30:27) who cruelly just lost out at the finish line. Phil McCullagh supported all the way in 90th(38:33). Dave Kershaw was 5th vet50 and team Chorley AC were 6th. In the overall series Chorley AC were the 5th team with Paul Bass 10th and Phil McCullagh 23rd and also 15th vet and 3rd vet50.
